This section has 5 main rules

When you open the BOROJEET App, you must comply with these terms for account, content, and usage patterns; all are stated in this document; log in from Dhaka or from another district, the rules remain the same.

Not a collective case, separate resolution

This rule applies to one person only

In the BOROJEET App, many users cannot raise the same claim together; each complaint is treated as a separate case, which speeds up resolution and keeps the documentation clear.

In simple terms, another person's experience is not a substitute for your case; Dhaka-based users' verification and Chattogram-based users' verification may differ.

How the mediator is chosen

There are 4 verification steps

Independence is checked; account login, communication history, and policy-violation risk are also checked

A person who showed bias in a previous case is excluded; thus the process does not become one-sided in sensitive cases like BOROJEET login problems
